Lease Driver Opportunities

The following requirements must be fulfilled for all lease trucking employment.

Requirements

Certificate of Insurance with Kirkland Inc. named as Additional Insured.
($1,000,000 minimum limit for Commercial General Liability)
Competaiver of Subrogation in favor of Kirkland Inc.
Cargo Insurance with minimum $25,000 coverage.
Proof of annual Dot inspection on Truck(s) within the past 12 months.
Copy of CDL driver's license.
Copy of medical certificate.
Completed W-9.
Proof of operating authority (not required at this time).
Proof of DOT # (not required at this time).

Print out and sign the Lease trucking Contract.

Please Note:

Send one copy of the Lease trucking Agreement to your insurance provider and one copy to Kirkland Inc.

Your insurance company needs to send the Certificate of Insurance back to Kirkland Inc.

Kirkland Inc. will reach out to you once we receive the Certificate of Insurance from your insurance company. We will then let you know when you can start driving.
